Applebee's Guests Raise Funds from Flapjacks for Tinicum School-8th Grade on 2/19/2017Folsom, PA (February 19, 2017) — The Rose Group, franchisee of Applebee's restaurants in Eastern Pennsylvania; Mercer County, New Jersey; Greater Baltimore and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, is proud to have helped Tinicum School-8th Grade raise $526 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser at the Ridley Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar. Tinicum School-8th Grade describes the fundraiser as follows: "Tinicum School -8th Grade class. The money we raise will go to a dance for the 8th graders at the end of the school year.".
"We are extremely pleased with the success from this Flapjack Fundraiser event," said Jeff Warden, President and CEO of the Rose Group. "Our associates had a wonderful time working with this group and we look forward to partnering with them again in the near future for their fundraising needs."
The Tinicum School-8th Grade Flapjack Fundraiser was hosted on 2/19/2017. The organization sold 117 tickets. Breakfast included unlimited pancakes, sausages, milk, juice and coffee.
Applebee's is proud to partner with any local non-profit organization as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the non-profit organization with the assistance of Applebee's employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on any available Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2.50 a meal. The Applebee's Flapjack Fundraisers represent the restaurant chain's latest efforts to remain active within its local neighborhood.
