Applebee's Guests Raise Funds from Flapjacks for West Oak Lane Charter School on 1/21/2017Philadelphia, PA (January 21, 2017) — The Rose Group, franchisee of Applebee's restaurants in Eastern Pennsylvania; Mercer County, New Jersey; Greater Baltimore and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, is proud to have helped West Oak Lane Charter School raise $832 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser at the Roxborough Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar. West Oak Lane Charter School describes the fundraiser as follows: "To allow our scholars club to travel to TN for a global tournament through Destination Imagination Program.".
"We are extremely pleased with the success from this Flapjack Fundraiser event," said Jeff Warden, President and CEO of the Rose Group. "Our associates had a wonderful time working with this group and we look forward to partnering with them again in the near future for their fundraising needs."
The West Oak Lane Charter School Flapjack Fundraiser was hosted on 1/21/2017. The organization sold 111 tickets. Breakfast included unlimited pancakes, sausages, milk, juice and coffee.
Applebee's is proud to partner with any local non-profit organization as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the non-profit organization with the assistance of Applebee's employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on any available Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2.50 a meal.
